How It Works
Everything you need to know to book your visit, manage your appointment, and make the most of your time at Fountain City Head Spa, located at 5034 North Broadway Street, Suite 3, Knoxville, TN 37918.
Booking an Appointment
- Tap Book Now from the top of any page.
- Choose the service you would like — you will see the length and price for each.
- Pick a date, then select from the available time slots.
- Enter your details and fill out the short intake form.
- Review everything and confirm. You will get a confirmation email right away.
Tip: Only real openings are shown, so any time you can select is genuinely available.
Rescheduling or Cancelling
Your confirmation email includes a secure Manage Appointment link. Open it any time to reschedule to a new date or cancel — no account or password needed.
Please note: Kindly give at least 24 hours notice for changes so she can offer the spot to someone else.
Reminders & Emails
You will receive a friendly email reminder before your appointment so it never sneaks up on you. Add the confirmation to your calendar and you are all set. Be sure to check your spam folder once and mark us as “not spam” so future notes always reach you.
Joining the Waitlist
Is your preferred day fully booked? Head to the waitlist page and add your name with the service and dates that work for you. She will reach out the moment a matching spot opens up.
Leaving a Review
After your visit you may receive a short note inviting you to share how it went. It takes just a moment, and your kind words help others discover the studio. Thank you for the support!
