Visit fountaincityheadspa.com and begin the online booking process.
Select a service, then choose a date and time.
Enter contact details, including name and email. The mobile phone number is optional.
Directly beneath the phone number field, two separate optional “Text Message Updates” consent checkboxes are presented — one for appointment texts (confirmations & reminders) and one for promotional texts (marketing offers). Both boxes are unchecked by default. A customer must actively check a box to opt in to that message type.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking or purchase. Customers can complete a booking without opting in to texts.
